Mr. Harding has 14 years of Project Management and Land Use Planning Experience. His responsibilities include project leadership to ensure that all projects have the best resources available and the optimum number of team members to make The Company's projects a success. He serves as project management consultant with extensive experience in project planning, cost and schedule management, and requirements analysis. Mr. Harding holds a degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of Southern Indiana, Evansville.
