- 10/100 Standard Ethernet interface.
- Fused power injectior that provides both power and Ethernet connection over a single standard CAT5e cable.
- Supports hundreds of tags in one location.
- Small size and weight coupled with simple design and construction reduces installation time as well as the time required to add new or move existing readers as the mine changes.
- Simple configuration using a serial cable or telnet.
- Remotely upgradable without the need to physically visit each reader.
- High visibility status indicators.
OPTIONAL R1000 COMPONENTS
Remote Antenna Kit
Allows additional antennas to be mounted up to 225 feet away from primary reader locations.
Antenna Barrier B1000
(MSHA Approved 18-ISA070005-0)
Allows for METS 1.0 antenna placement in Return and Gassy areas.

| Tag T1000 |

|
Transmits an identifying signal to Readers.
- MSHA & US FCC Approved (23-A060003-0).
- Innovative attachment methods.
- Compatible with METS 1.0 and 2.1.
- Rugged high strength polycarbonate enclosure specifically designed for daily use in harsh mine environments.
- Small dimensions and low weight integrates easily into the miners normal routines and activities.
- Temporary elastic hat band mount gives the mine the flexibility to track seasonal, and/or contract workers.
- Asset mount version of the T1000 tag can be used to keep track of emergency equipment, power centers, production equipment, man trips, etc.
- All T1000 Tags are compatible with all METS readers. This allows traveling mine workers (inspectors, mine rescue teams, etc.) to be recognized by the METS reader network at each mine they visit. Every T1000 is unique; no other tag exists with the same tag ID.
